SkyRanch Tagaytay: The Next Food Destination?
Situated in the highlands near the border of the provinces of Cavite and Batangas a few kilometers from the metro, SkyRanch Tagaytay first became famous as it is a front row seat to the beauties that are the Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. It is now also a theme park and once had one of the biggest Ferris wheels in the country. In recent years, however, it has become notable for its wide array of restaurants and food establishments that will sure give your gastronomic sensibilities satisfaction.
For those who are looking for cheaper options, you can opt to go to KFC where you can order chicken-based fast food meals like the Chicken Spaghetti, Fully Loaded Meal, Chicken Burger and Regular Bucket Meal.
Mesa Moderne Filipino, Kusé’s and Leslie’s Restaurant would be perfect for big groups and families as its array of Filipino meals are known bestsellers. At Kusé’s, you would never go wrong in choosing Bacon Sinigang sa Sampalok or Brick Oven Lechong Baka. The bestsellers in Leslie’s Restaurant, meanwhile, include Kare-Kareng Crispy Pata and Bulalo. Pinatayong Manok, Crispy Boneless Tilapia and Hito Flakes are the queens of the menu at Mesa Moderne Filipino.
If you are in the mood for Japanese food, you can order at Tokyo Tokyo instead where you can eat their bestsellers, Sumo Meals, Tokyo Bento, Donburi and Burgers. Plus, it is affordable. Fans of Italian cuisine would also be delighted by the offerings of Downtown Pizza & Pasta. If you want to drop by for some coffee on your drive back to Manila, you can also visit Starbucks in the Twin Lakes resort community just a few minutes away from SkyRanch. You may have visited a lot of Starbucks branches but this one is special as it is dubbed by many as the “most beautiful” Starbucks branch in the country.
You can find SkyRanch Tagaytay beside Taal Vista Hotel in Barangay Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road. It is open on weekdays (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM), on weekends (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) and on holidays (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
