NUSTAR Resort Cebu Brings Asia’s 9 Best Bars Together for Cocktail Fiesta 2026

NUSTAR Resort Cebu will bring nine award-winning bars from across Asia to Cebu City on November 15, 2026, for Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party, the grand finale of The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta 2026.

Held at the Grand Ballroom of NUSTAR Resort Cebu, the event will feature internationally recognized bartenders, signature cocktails, and premium drinking experiences. The festival will take place in Cebu for the first time, expanding beyond Metro Manila and bringing the region’s cocktail scene to the Queen City of the South.

Asia’s Best Bars Gather in Cebu

Leading the international lineup is Hope & Sesame from Guangzhou, China, ranked No. 1 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and named The Best Bar in Asia 2026.

Joining the event are Bar Us from Bangkok, ranked No. 6; Coa from Hong Kong, ranked No. 24; and Three X Co from Kuala Lumpur, ranked No. 32. Singapore’s BOP (Bartenders of Pony), ranked No. 52 on the extended 51–100 list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026, will also participate.

Several notable names from the regional cocktail scene will represent the Philippines. Problem Child, ranked No. 44 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and named The Best Bar in the Philippines 2026, will lead the local lineup. The Spirits Library, ranked No. 98 on the extended list, will also take part, alongside ReCraft and Raion, both featured on 50 Best Discovery.

Together, the nine bars will let guests experience a diverse selection of cocktail styles and techniques from across Asia in one venue.

NUSTAR’s Cocktail and Entertainment Scene Takes Center Stage

NUSTAR Resort Cebu will complement the visiting bars with its own dining, beverage, and entertainment concepts, including Mott 32, Axis Entertainment & Sports Bar, Fili Lobby Lounge, and NUSTAR Lobby Lounge.

The resort’s participation highlights its growing role as a destination for premium dining, entertainment, and cocktail experiences in Cebu. For cocktail enthusiasts and travelers seeking a distinctive nightlife experience, the closing party offers a chance to sample creations from some of the region’s recognized bars without leaving the city.

Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party will take place on November 15, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM at the Grand Ballroom of NUSTAR Resort Cebu.

Tickets are priced at PHP 1,999 nett per person, inclusive of cocktails from participating bars and free-flowing pours from NUSTAR. Food will be available for purchase. Groups can also take advantage of a Buy 10 Tickets, Get 1 Free offer.

Mott 32 Cebu to Host Guest Shift with Beijing’s Bar Long Fong

Before the grand finale, Mott 32 Cebu will host a special guest shift on November 13, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The two-hour collaboration will bring together Fan Zhu, co-founder of Beijing’s award-winning Bar Long Fong, and Jay Natividad, Mott 32 Cebu’s award-winning Head Mixologist. The session will showcase their individual approaches to cocktail-making and give guests an opportunity to experience their techniques and creations.

Bar Long Fong ranked No. 96 on the extended Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 list. The bar also received the Bar of the Year and Best Cocktail Menu awards at the 2023 North Regional DRiNK Awards.

Open to the public, the guest shift adds another highlight to Cebu’s cocktail calendar and lets local enthusiasts experience internationally recognized bartending talent in an intimate setting.
