Authentic Golden Goose and Other Delicacies at Lung Hin
Straight from an authentic recipe from Guangdong Province, the famous golden goose is coming to Lung Hin, to give everyone a taste of the delicacy in Hong Kong.
The award-winning guest chef, Billy Cheong, is also coming to the Philippines to share his recipe which features the premium goose which is prepared and marinated frozen overnight.
Once it is thawed the next day, the sauce, consisted of seasonings and five spices, is applied by hand to ensure that the full flavors of the sauce sink to the prepared goose. The seasoned goose is then hanged for ten hours to dry before it is roasted to perfection with its divinely tender and flavorful flesh plus its crispy and tasty skin. This is a classic trademark of the traditional cuisine that brings quality with every bite.
Chef Billy Cheong has 40 years of culinary expertise. He is recognized globally and is the pioneer to bring the Michelin-starred restaurant, Kam’s Roast Goose’s to the Star Cruises in 2014 and to other restaurants in Hong Kong such as Ye Shanghai, Crystal Jade, and Tim Ho Wan.
Guests can enjoy the golden dish for any a la carte orders, either whole or half. A set menu is also available together with other authentic dishes such as the Shredded Mushroom Ancient Style, Steamed Garoupa with Shredded Pork, Stir-fried Seasonal Hong Kong Vegetables with Garlic, and Fried Shrimp and Vermicelli in XO Sauce.
