As per Proclamation No. 459 which was signed by President Benigno Aquino III last September 1, 2012, heres the official list of Holidays in the Philippines for 2013.

 February 25 Monday (Edsa) People Power Day
March 28 Thursday Maundy Thursday
March 29 Friday Good Friday
April 9 Tuesday Day of Valor
May 1 Wednesday Philippine Labor Day
June 12 Wednesday Philippine Independence Day
August 9 Friday Eidul Fitr
August 21 Wednesday Ninoy Aquino Day
August 26 Monday National Heroes’ Day
October 15 Tuesday Eidul Adha
November 1 Friday All Saints Day
November 2 Saturday Special Non-working Holiday
 November 30 Saturday Bonifacio Day
 December 24 Tuesday Special Non-working Holiday
 December 25 Wednesday Christmas Day
 December 30 Monday Rizal Day
December 31 Tuesday New Year’s Eve

The following are the list of the Long Weekends:

  • February 23 – 25 — People Power Day
  • March 28 – 31 — Holy Week
  • August 9 – 11 — Eidul Fitr (tentative)
  • August 24 – 26 — National Heroes Day
  • November 1 – 3 — All Saints Day
  • December 28 – January 1 — Rizal Day and New Year

Eid’l Fitr and the Eid’l Adha will be announced once it’s determined which days their celebration falls on in accordance with the Islamic calendar.
