Poppin’ in the South
Southern peeps are in for a treat as Popeyes, America’s well-loved fried chicken chain opens its doors at the ground floor of Alabang Town Center in Muntinlupa.

The New Orleans-founded restaurant’s signature Southern-style menu includes the Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits (P179) complimentary of course, of the iconic Popeyes honey biscuit; Cajun fries (P42), Popeyes Chicken Tenders (125), and the famous Popeyes fried chicken packed with distinct Cajun-inspired flavors from Louisiana, USA.

Popeyes will also be delighting its Southern diners with new treats such as the Manila-exclusive hazelnut and white chocolate biscuits (P150 for a box of 3), which can be paired with your fried chicken as dessert, and Popeyes Spaghetti (P66) their exclusive addition to the menu in the Philippines.
There’s also the Chicken French Quarter Burger (P165) and the crowd-favorite Shrimp Burger (149).

Complementing the whole Popeyes experience is their new global restaurant image—first unveiled in Arcovia City. The new restaurants feature a hip and more vibrant feel, an ideal venue where family and friends can bond over delicious food and great experiences.

The Popeyes chain was previously present in the country through a franchise agreement with poultry company Vitarich. Popeyes closed locally in 2007 until it resumed operations through another franchise agreement with Kuya J Group of Restaurants.

To date, it has two locations: one in Arcovia City, Pasig, and another in the newly-opened Alabang branch. Popeyes is also opening soon at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.
