Guests are greeted with a stunning Live Tagliere Counter — a captivating centerpiece featuring freshly sliced mortadella, an artisanal selection of aged cheeses, Italian antipasti, and rustic treats. They can enjoy a generous assortment of warm focaccia, ciabatta, grissini, and croissant ripieni, which beautifully complement the cold cuts and condiments.
The feast is enhanced by unlimited Pizzolato Prosecco, bold Negroamaro red wine, a curated range of beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, making sure every toast is as memorable as the meal.
Il Primo’s main course features Italian-style dishes served on a sharing platter, prepared by our skilled chefs. It includes grilled sausages, roasted chicken, steak, and side dishes like seasonal vegetables, creamy polenta, crispy fries, and mashed potatoes.
The menu also offers weekly rotating pastas, such as Linguine alle Vongole and Rigatoni alla Norcina, as well as signature pizzas like Mare Bianca and Quattro Formaggi, all served fresh and hot.
