After spending 4 days in Kuala Terengganu, we finally headed back to buzzling city of Kuala Lumpur. We went to KLCC and did some shopping, strolled around the Craft Complex, and capped off our first day in KL with a nice dinner at KL Tower’s Atmosphere 360 Restaurant – a revolving restaurant that provides a panoramic view of the city.

Atmosphere 360 is an elegant and modern rotating restaurant founded in 1996. It’s located in the famous TV tower Menara Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, and it also happens to be inside one of the tallest building in Southeast Asia, offering a beautiful panoramic view 282 meters above ground level.

The grand buffet includes (but may change from time to time) mouth-watering stir fried venison fillet, Rendang Tok, stir fried chili crab, fresh oysters, prawns, roasted duck, chocolate mousse, spring rolls and more.

Special food requests can be made if one isn’t up for the meals on the menu, although you may want to make an advance arrangement with the restaurant if you want to have a more unusual dish prepared for you. Keep in mind that some of the specialties will vary according to the season as well, so you may not always be able to experience the full range of dishes that the Atmosphere offers, depending on which time of the year you’ve chosen for your visit.
Pastry Section
Dinner courses are in two sessions, and around-the-clock reservations can be made if you want to make sure you’ll get a place. With varieties of meal to choose from and at a not-so pricey meal, one can be guaranteed to have an amazing dinner time. There are also bonus packages for families; Children can also gain free admission tickets into the tower’s observation deck and blue coral aquarium, live band performances, complementary cake, and more.

Each dinner sessions lasts about two hours (18:30 – 22:30 and 21:00 – 23:00). And needless to mention, the restaurant’s attendants are always courteous with welcoming smiles and well decorated uniforms. Special song requests can also be made by paying customers. And finally, the place is known to be frequented by various celebrities, so you can also dine and have the opportunity to meet or have your picture taken with one.
