One that tops the list of my ‘Best Bulalo Places in Tagaytay’ is Leslie’s Restaurant. This place is crowded on most days and is really famous for its hearty broth of Bulalo.
Aside from their Bulalo, they also serve Filipino dishes in generous servings, such as Beef Kare-Kare, Crispy Pata, Sizzling Sisig, Pata Tim, and Lechon Kawali.
This restaurant also has a set menu good for 15 people. Each menu consists of 7 main dishes, including their Bulalo, Sizzling Pusit, Lechon Kawali, Sinugba sa Bilao, Pinakbet Con Lechon, and more, depending on the set. You can also choose your desserts from Leche Flan or Buko Salad.
Balinsasayaw

Also located near Leslie’s Restaurant, Balinsasayaw serves the best Bulalo in Tagaytay City! They have a wide menu ranging from soups, appetizers, mains, omelets, seafood, and pancit.
As for their drinks, they have their signature Balinsasayaw drinks for only Php 215. You can also go for their fresh fruit juices for Php 99. They also have sodas, cocktails, and beers to cap off any day of the week.
Like Leslie’s, Balinsasayaw also offers set menus good for 8-12 and 20-24 persons. Dishes to savor for the Balinsasayaw Package include their signature Bulalo, Nilasing na Hipon, Whole Fried Chicken, Balinsasayaw Crispy Patatim, Pansit Sa Bilao, Fried Boneless Bangus, Grilled Squid, Chopsuey, Garlic Rice, and Mixed Fruits.
Pamana Restaurant

There is nothing more comforting than having a bowl of Bulalo at Pamana. At this restaurant, you’ll get to experience the 3-way bulalo. This includes the Sizzling Bulalo Steak Php 390, Bulalong Sisig Php 400, and Bulalong Corned Beef Php 360.
Pamana takes pride in their heritage dishes, such as Tinuktok Php 320, a combination of minced coconut meat, shrimp, and spices wrapped in ‘taro’ leaves and cooked in coconut milk or ‘gata.’
They also have Davao’s Baked Sugpo sa Taba ng Talangka, Php 400; Adobong Pusit at Calamares, Php 320; Leyte’s Humba, Php 350; and signature lechons.
Aside from these savory dishes, you’ll enjoy the restaurant’s impressive interior.
Moderno

Their hearty Bulalo is priced at only Php 395 and Php895 for Family Meal. It is made from beef shanks and marrow bones.
Aside from their Tagaytay Bulalo, diners’ favorites you should try are the Grilled dishes. You can go to their burgers and pasta.
They also have an ideal menu for a huge group like the Lechon Kawali Php 290, Bangus Ala Pobre Php 295, Bistek Tagalog Php 295, and Chicken Peri-Peri Php 435, to name a few.
