Poh piah is a Thai style spring rolls. This is one of the most popular foods travelers love to taste in Thailand, a crispy spring roll pastry stuffed with various ingredients. There is a version for vegetarians too with only vegetables in it. Poh Piah is mixed with chicken, pork, prawns, and tofu. Poh pah is a spicy dish and is paired with different dipping sauces too such as sweet and sour, sweet chili, and peanut sauce.

This is one of the most loved dishes by travelers. Pad Thai is a mixture of noodles fried with egg, sprouts and tofu. It is usually served with chicken, shrimp or tofu with a special sauce and seasoned with peanuts, chili, lime and sugar.
