Feria – World Class Dining in Radisson Blu Cebu

Everyone is talking about the newest high end restaurant in Cebu, specially my foodie friends from the Queen City of the South. The Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu opened to great fanfare with lots of local celebrities and notables visiting and sampling the facilities. One of the things that got plenty of mention was the incredible dining experience at Feria, the hotel’s incredible luxurious restaurant.

The word Feria comes from the Latin for ‘feast day’. Certainly the name is an apt descriptions of the experience diners have when they visit this incredible new addition to Cebu’s culinary treasure trove. Unlike many restaurants that serve such incredible food, Feria is open all day and has a huge menu which is diverse, delicious, and international in terms of it’s menu and specialties. While the food is focused on local ingredients, that doesn’t mean you won’t find plenty of international dishes for your taste buds to savor.

One favorite that is already being talked about far and wide is the incredible ‘Super Breakfast Buffet’ which has a number of interactive stations where you can get the perfect breakfast made just the way you want it, not so much a buffet as a design which eliminates the barrier between the chefs and the diners.

Those who love sweets will have plenty to choose from. In addition, the menu offers Japanese, seafood, other Asian foods, plenty of Filipino treats, Mediterranean, and other world food options for hungry guests.

In terms of ambiance and decor, you can expect to be completely wowed! Floor to ceiling windows give panoramic vistas of the lush facilities and if you have a meeting or party, you can take it to the VIP level by using the clear walled private rooms. Let everyone see what a great time you are having! You won’t be disappointed with any of the food from Feria because it is all incredible. Each item is carefully made with select ingredients.

In particular, the interaction with between guests and chefs is a real treat since diners can be offered great suggestions for accompaniment, try amazing samples, and of course- ask for the secret recipes. Just don’t expect them to tell you! I tried it and I failed:( LOL
