Caffeine and tea are allowed during the program, as they are known to be high in antioxidants.

I signed up for the Thrive Nutrition Program in order to cleanse my body off excess weight and toxins consumed over the festive holidays,

As promised, the meals were delivered to me, and definitely satisfied my digestive tract for five consecutive days.

On Day 1, Monday, I had a super breakfast of chia seeds with homemade muesli, called Superfood Bircher Muesli.

Following this filling morning meal was the delicious Choco Paleo Balls, which indeed satisfied me until mid afternoon.

My lunch was Mushroom Sisig with Garlic Brown Rice, and later Ginger Tea for a liquid boost.

Dinner was early and extremely fulfilling, thanks to the Falafel with Mediterranean Salad.

On Day 2, after an hour’s morning exercise, I enjoyed a bowl of Chia Seeds with Dragon Fruit, eating each bite well and savoring its sweetened crunchiness into my palate.

I brought the rest of the packed meals with me along as I ran my errands.
The bottled Chamomile Tea really relaxed my senses when I was in the smoke-filled part of the city.

Lunch was perfect with the aromatic Curried Basil Eggplant with Black Rice ready for my pleasure.

My snack of Vegetable Sticks with Barbecue Bean Hummus further pumped up energy into me during the low afternoon hours, whereas dinner became intimately special with the sweet delight of Cauliflower Chickpea Stew.

By Day 3, my metabolism was already rebuilding up from the abundance of spices and herbs infused in the dishes.

My breakfast of Peanut Butter Spelt Crepes with Almond gave my morning a fascinating start.

A couple of hours into the mid morning, the Energy Date Balls certainly added delicious nutrients and a good dose of energy into me, which made me hungry for lunch late.

As it was, the Asian Stir Fry Noodle with Vegetables refreshed me, likewise the Cucumber Infusion beverage much later.

My dinner of Mushroom Leek Frittata with Salad was savory and full-bodied. It actually heightened my intuition into actually eating my meals slowly and joyously.

On Day 4, I started off with a filling slice of Eggplant Omelette, but not without doing cardio first.

Later I got to enjoy my snack Lentil Crackers with Mushroom Tapenade on-the-go.

At lunch, a bit late again, though just as my body called for it, I had Peanut Squash Stew with Red Rice.

The Lemon Mint Tea prepared for the day secured vitamins into my body well in the afternoon.

At dinner, about sunset time, I had the Asian Salad with Grilled Tofu.

Day 5, was quite a reflective day for me, as it was the time that I really felt my mind, body and soul reacting well to the nutritious whole foods plus herbs and spices provided in the Thrive Nutrition Program.

My breakfast was neutrally flavored yet fibrous by the good portion of Toasted Oatmeal with Berries delivered to me.

The GF Oatmeal Cookie snack delighted the rest of my morning, and gave me an extended appetite until lunch Braised Garlic Eggplant and Tofu with Brown Rice.

A bottle of Pineapple Parsley beverage quenched my senses and fueled me right for the Sweet Potato Croquettes with Salad dinner that I had a couple of hours later.

As a whole, the Thrive Nutrition Program is perfect for hefty diners who aim to cleanse their bodies, help them lose weight easily, without the appalling thought of deprivation.
