Pico de Loro Cove is a fully equipped beach and country club that has eight mid-rise residential buildings around a lagoon, making owning a Pico de Loro beach house as effortless and as opulent as condominium living. Every beach condo is turnkey-ready so you can move in as soon as you pay for it. You can also have peace of mind when you want to lock it up if you’re not going to use it yet.

What sets Pico de Loro apart from other properties is that it has centralized management within the community, reducing maintenance and security cost for every homeowner. All of this will surely make your beach lifestyle truly hassle-free.

Since the new Ternate-Nasugbu Road was opened in late 2013, traveling between Manila and Hamilo Coast has become faster and more convenient, taking you only 90 minutes to get there. This is why Pico de Loro Cove beach condos have become more than just weekend getaway accommodation. This also means that living by the beach is now a real and viable option for urban dwellers, instead of a semi full-time basis.
