The combination of Hilton Worldwide’s internationally-renowned hospitality expertise and SM’s proficiency at handling the local market makes this an exciting partnership. Elizabeth Sy, president of SMHCC, says that the Conrad Hotel Manila is an important piece in their strategy to make the most of the strong demand from both international and domestic leisure and business travelers.
Conrad Hotel Manila is strategically located on the 42-hectare SM Bay City development, adjacent to the SMX Convention and Exhibition Center and a few kilometers away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the Makati Central Business District (CBD). It’s a few steps away from the SM Mall of Asia, which boasts as being the 4th largest shopping mall in the world. The 350-room hotel will have two floors of entertainment and retail shops on ground level. Guests will be able to enjoy a swimming pool, fitness club, spa, business center and a 1,446 square-meter ballroom among other function rooms.
