PLDT and Smart One Digital Store in Ayala Vertis North
PLDT and Smart Communications has opened One Digital Store in Ayala Vertis North. The converged store aims to make the customers’ visit to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
This new store is set as a “one-stop shop” for both current and soon to be PLDT and Smart subscribers. The store features new and innovative digital services that greatly compete with other stores.
According to PLDT’s Chief Revenue Officer Al Panlilo, their first PLDT-Smart store in the BGC area was successful and so they tried to recreate the same experience in a new place. They saw the potential in Quezon City, as they see the place as a key market for them, and so they want to give better service to the customers that lives in the area.
The new PLDT-Smart One Digital Store features new in-store services such as the InfoTouch Booth, which allows customers to get their billing statements, check their account and schedule a repair service.
For paying bills quickly, they also have the Super Smart Kiosk, and this also allows them to request for a SIM change.
For those that are looking into getting an internet plan but they haven’t decided on the package that they would want, the store also has the Broadband Visualizer. This allows them to check for how much data certain tasks would use and how download and upload speeds differ for each plan. They also have what they call the Interactive Table, which allows store visitors to browse or play while waiting.
Quezon City has the most number of wireless subscribers in the Metro and with a lot of people living in the city, PLDT and Smart see this as an opportunity to bring their business to more people.
According to PLDT-Smart Senior Vice President and Consumer Business Customer Development Head Alex O. Caeg, with this move, they’ll be able to strengthen their brand presence in the city and those new and old customers would have access to the best that they can offer.
The new PLDT-Smart One Digital Store can be found at the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North, just across Trinoma.
