The buffet features a sizzling hot open-pit grill at the Terrace, Lemon Garden Café. Among the for-grilling offerings is freshwater prawns Siamese style, US oysters, Fish Harrah, chicken wings, and Ayam Golek. You can nibble on ready-to-eat roasted lamb, available every day either as Roasted Whole Lamb with potatoes or Spiced Roasted Lamb with briyani rice, while you wait for your grilled choices to be ready.

You can also try appetizers such as deep-fried crabs and spices (Ketam Goreng Berempah) or the spicy raw fish salad (Kangkung, Bergedil Daging and Umai Ikan Mera).

You also have a wide variety of Malay dishes to try. You have the Ikan Singgang Pedas dengan Keladi, a spicy and sour fish stew enhanced with Thai basil and yam. There is also the Kambing Masak Kuzi, or lamb with tomato cashewnut gravy. The Daging Batang Pinang Masak Hitam is a beef with braised spices and dark soya sauce. For milder fare, try the Gulai Itik Serati , a duck speiced with curry and cooked with lemon grass, coconut, and turmeric, or the Bubur Lambok, a porridge of seafood, meat, and spices.

Among the festive specials are the Ketupat Palas and Lemang Pulut, with a side of beef, chicken or fish serunding. You can try the braised oxtail with its spicy and sour gravy (Ekor Asam Pedas) or the Tiger prawn curry with mango (Kari Udang).

To end the meal on a sweet note, you can take your pick of made-to-order Apam Balik, a native pancake, Pengat Ubi Kayu, a sweet tapioca stew, or Cempedak fritters. If you are feeling less adventurous, you also have a wide variety of Western-style desserts.
