The journey of Ebi10 began with a family’s deep love for traditional Japanese cooking, nestled in a quaint, unassuming spot in Poblacion that quickly became known as home. Since its inception, this cherished restaurant brand has blossomed, extending its reach to various vibrant locations throughout Metro Manila, including the bustling Capitol Commons, the charming streets of Greenhills, the serene surroundings of Nuvali, the modern vibe of Vermosa, and the vibrant atmosphere of Angeles. Although the original eatery has since closed its doors, Ebi10 has joyfully returned to its Makati roots with the grand opening of its latest location in the lively One Ayala Mall, inviting both loyal patrons and new guests to savor the comforting flavors of Japanese cuisine.

Originally celebrated for its exquisite tempura, Ebi10 has gracefully broadened its culinary horizons to offer an enticing array of Japanese comfort food that appeals to various palates. The menu showcases an impressive selection of signature tempura, available to order by the piece, capturing the light, crispy essence that diners adore. Among its crowd-pleasing offerings, you’ll find innovative fusion sushi creations such as the delightful Senju Roll and the savory Tuna and Scallop Dynamite Roll.
For those looking to share delectable bites, Ebi10 presents enticing plates like the smoky Bacon Yakisoba, bursting with flavor, and the refreshing Kani Salad, a perfect balance to richer dishes. The new branch at One Ayala showcases a fresh design, created through a collaboration between And a Half Design Studio and Studio Mara. The space features clean tiles contrasted with washed surfaces, vibrant patterned noren curtains, and a bright mural that highlights the brand’s characters. Additionally, there is a private room that accommodates groups of 10 to 12 people, making it perfect for birthdays, special occasions, and payday celebrations.
To celebrate the grand opening of its newest location, Ebi10 will offer a special promotion: enjoy 50% off its popular donburis from March 24 to 28 and on March 31, 2025. Diners can choose from a variety of Japanese comfort food classics, including Gyudon, Katsudon, and Ebi10 Tendon. Additionally, popular items like Garlic Steak Donburi and Tempuradon will be available, as well as exciting new dishes such as Yakiniku Salmon Don, Enoki Niku Don, and Seafood Currydon.
