Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club

Last weekend, I was invited by Ayala Land to visit and experience their newly opened “Veda Spa” and “Nature Camp,” both located within the Philippines Premier Seaside Leisure Community called Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club.

Set against the backdrop of the Silangin and Bataan mountain ranges, amidst the calm waters of Subic Bay, is the Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club. It boasts a massive 320-hectare property where the slopes of the mountains roll gently, reaching out to the sea. The neighboring hills are filled with narra and mango trees, and water is abundant from natural flowing streams. The resort’s highest point is over 130 meters and looks out over a 3.5-kilometer stretch of the coastline, which contains two private coves.

The beach here is very swimmer-friendly with calm, crystal water and a gently sloping sea bottom. Also at the beach, you will find the Pawikan Bar and Grill, Game Room, Beach Cabanas, and a Lookout Tower and Tower bar, which offers incredible views of the local sea and mountains. If you are an active type, check out The Great Lawn. Here you can enjoy a game of pick-up soccer, softball, Frisbee, or just fly a kite or RC planes. This is an ideal venue for a family reunion, party, or any large outdoor gathering.

Guests looking to stay for an extended period of time can stay in the Lagoon Suites. These elegant accommodations range from one to three bedrooms and offer views of the Great Lawn, Main Pavilion, and Lagoon.

Explore nature and yourself at the Nature Camp. This area provides wilder activities such as zip lines, a ropes course, ecological trails, camping grounds a kiddy obstacle course and an open air amphitheatre. And of course, what resort would be complete without the ability to scuba dive, jet ski, windsurf, kayak, or go deep-sea fishing? This is all possible at the Watersports Pavilion.

The resort is only 2.5 hours away from Manila, thanks to the opening of Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway – the 96kms long highway that connects all the big cities in the North and Central Luzon. This highway makes Anvaya Cove the fastest accessible leisure property in the country. Through Anvaya Cove, more are realizing what Bataan has to offer.
