My family and I enjoyed every convenience in Brenda’s Airbnb. We enjoyed cooking holiday meals on the 6 burner stove, the very comfortable beds, numerous game boards, and every other convenience listed in the description. The ease of access to multiple stores, restaurants, and highway 101 was perked as well. I hope you and or your family enjoy this place as much as we did during our long-term stay. — Vivian

Tony’s place is everything. His cottage is cozy and comfortable with a mini-fridge, french doors, and a fan. The guest bathroom is in the main house which you might think is inconvenient but the bathroom is so spacious, lovely, and well-stocked and the short path there through fruit and nut trees is so fragrant and beautiful that at no time did it feel like a problem. The experience is kind of like glamping! Check-in and check-out are simple and seamless and Tony is so thoughtful and a brilliant communicator. – Zhaleh

My guests and I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. Julie was such a great and accommodating host. The Airbnb was beautiful with a great view as well. It was exactly as pictured in the images that the hosts had provided. I had everything I needed at this place. The only downside was that the hot water didn’t really work at night. However, besides that, everything was perfect. — Janie

Reviews:
House and yard were lovely and clean. Thoughtful touches, like snack bags of olives, a variety of spare toiletries, and many utensils. Easy driving access to the coast, hiking, and wineries; walkable to cute downtown in Novato. (We made daily walking trips for breakfast.) TraderJoe’s even closer. As others have noted (and as it is described), the room itself is small. It wouldn’t be the best place to hang out inside all day. But the yard is charming and has tables and chairs. We did not use the tiki area, but we used the hot tub, which was excellent and clean. Bed comfortable, tv small but many channels, bathroom small but very nice. Heat works well. Great host. — Addie
