The place was in a very nice and safe area and less than a minute away from a grocery store. The room was on the third story which was a pain going up and down, but the room made it worth it. They had very nice furniture and up to date appliance, and the shower was AMAZING. John was also a very good host responding very quickly to any questions I had. The only downfall was that I was under the impression that I would have the whole place to myself, but there was a second room on the first floor is rented out.
