Sooo Pinoy Food Tour Day 2 in Davao City – Previous Post – Probinsya Restaurant in Davao
After our huge breakfast, we transferred to Ahfat Seafoods Plaza – a popular Chinese restaurant located few walks away from Probinsya Restaurant. Since its still early in the morning, the restaurant was not crowded when we arrived.
Grilled Squid
If most of the food we had in Iloilo has “Moringa”, I noticed that we had so much grilled tuna panga, bihod, and bagaybay in Davao. These are the dishes they served in Ahfat during our visit.
Grilled Bagaybay
Among the dishes they served, I guess my favorite was their grilled stuffed squid. The squid was perfectly cooked, a little bit tender and juicy stuffed with tomatoes and other spices. One thing different about the rice they served was its unique taste and presentation. Their Pineapple rice taste a little bit sweet for a rice but I find it good and a little bit refreshing.
Pork BBQ
The restaurant may not have modern and stylish facilities but they are undoubtedly one of the most popular restaurants in Davao.
Grilled Bihod
Ahfat is located at the Victoria Plaza Complex Carpark right beside the old Victoria Plaza Mall.
