Food Trip: New A La Carte Menu of Cucina
Taste the new additions to the all-time classic signature dishes of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award Winner’s signature outlet, Cucina’s new à la carte menu.
The new à la carte menu carefully crafted by Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher ranges from appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, main dishes, desserts, and a lot more. Adding to the new menu are new savory dishes, available anytime of the day. Some of these dishes are Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Arugula Leaves Pizza; Grilled Ciabatta with Parma Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Arugula Leaves, and Basil Pesto; Australian Stockyard Long Fed Angus Beef Rib Eye; Ginger Ice Cream; and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake with Banana Compote. Signature dishes such as the all-time favorite Spanish Paella, Gratinated Fillet of Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Parsley Crust on Wilted Spinach Leaves, and Chocolate Grand Marnier, will still make a comeback to the diverse menu and will surely satisfy every craving.
Rhe all-day dining restaurant offers a versatile of dining experience complemented by a well-curated spread of international cuisine that are not only heavy on flavors but are also made from superior ingredients. From its usual symphony of taste, Cucina is consistently bringing something new to the table. The new à la carte menu is available daily, 11AM to 11PM.
