These seven dishes are ‘beetroot salmon’ which has been marinated and comes with root vegetables and 72% dark chocolate; ‘tomato tarte tartin’ flavored with ‘white lemon’ goat’s cheese, pine nuts and coffee beans; ‘sea bass and green tea’ made of green tea light foam, almond nuts and Mövenpick ‘maple walnut’; ‘minute beef goulash’, a traditional Hungarian goulash dish that’s been made more special with dark chocolate; ‘lamb shank and pesto’, a combination of slow-roasted lamb shank, pistachio and hazelnut chocolate pesto; ‘duck breast and potato pie’, a perfect blend of white chocolate, lime and pepper and finally; ‘chocolate pavés au chocolat’ which puts together milk chocolate, cocoa bean pieces, pecan nuts and matcha powder with hints of green tea and served with espresso.
