Travel by Ferry from Bataan to Mall of Asia in just 50 minutes
Traveling from Bataan to MOA in Pasay is now even made easier and more convenient with the recent launching of the air-conditioned Ferry Boat via Manila Bay.

In an article by Manila Bulletin, the fast Ferry Boat was launched by the 1Bataan Integrated Transport System under its president Goody Ilagan. The air-conditioned ferry boat is no other than the MV XGC.
Commuters will also be given a chance to ride a free shuttle from Orion Port to Dinalupihan in the North and AFAB-Mariveles to the South.
In an interview with Bataan Governor Abet Garcia, he said “We were able to convince businessman Goody Ilagan, president of the M/V XGC EXPRESS ferry boat, to help us in providing fast craft that will serve the needs of businessmen, students and other commuters in coming to Bataan and going to Manila.”
The new ferry boat service offers the fastest way to reach Bataan from Manila and Vice Versa. Now, commuters can save 4 to 5 hours of commuting with the newest ferry boat.
The ferry is also equipped with comfortable seats, air-conditioning system, functional toilets, and best of all – FREE wifi access onboard!

Weekday Trips
- Manila to Orion – 7:00 AM / 12:00 PM / 6:00 PM
- Orion to Manila – 8:45 AM / 2:00 PM / 7:45 PM
Weekend Trips
- Manila to Orion – 7:00 AM / 2:30 PM
- Orion to Manila – 8:45 AM / 4:15 PM

What to do in Bataan
You are definitely missing a lot in case you haven’t visited Bataan yet. The province boasts a rich culture, history, and vast beaches that are worth the visit. Visitors can go sightseeing at the Mount Samat Shrine located in the town of Pilar. From there, you can travel back time through visiting the museum with memorabilia and war remnants inside.
