Direct Flights from the Philippines to Cambodia

This April, Filipinos will now have direct flights to Cambodia and the destination will be less than three hours away from Manila. Cebu Pacific will be offering flights to Cambodia starting April 19, 2012 and the flights will be as frequent as three times a week.

Direct flights from Manila to Siem Reap and back every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. A lot of filipino expatriates are also working in Cambodia including travel bloggers and freelancers who find Siem Reap as one of the best place to stay for freelancers.

Previously, you have to fly to Bangkok from Manila then take a landtrip or another flight to Siem Reap or you can take a flight to Kuala Lumpur then another flight to Cambodia. Same goes if you choose to go to Singapore first. Overall, you can really save by having a direct flight from Manila unless you got a cheap seat sale ticket to Cambodia via Air Asia.

Cebu Pacific announced that Cambodia-bound flights are scheduled to depart Manila at 7:50 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, arriving at Siem Reap at 9:30 p.m. while Return flights to Manila will leave Siem Reap at 10:30 p.m. on the same days, and arrive in Manila at 2:10 a.m. the following day.
