Last tuesday, we had a pre-trip briefing held at Tourism Malaysia’s Manila Office at the Fort. I was litterally overwhelmed with the presentation. There was so much activities to do in KL but we only have less day 3 days to spend here in Malaysia haha but its ok, I will explore Malaysia’s tourist attractions one at a time but for this trip, I just want to discover the culinary offerings of Malaysia. So that means my post will be more on Food.. Food.. Food:)

Upon arrival at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, our aircraft was welcomed by colorful water cannons and before we headed to the arrival area, the Airport General Manager together with his staffs wearing colorful costumes welcomed us and gave us a bag of tokens complete with Map and travel guides.
My Electronic Ticket
After the short press conference at the KLIA, we headed to the impressive Malaysian Immigration area. Airport Immigration in Malaysia now uses biometric system at all border entry points to make everything easier and to aid in crime prevention. The use of biometric system in Malaysia started last June of 2011.

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Kuala Lumpur City we took the PearlHolidays.com Bus courtesy of Tourism Malaysia. From the airport, it took us almost an hour to reach Bukit Bintang where our hotel is located. For the next two nights we will be staying at Radius International Hotel here in Kuala Lumpur.
