28th Likha ng Central Luzon Fair Showcases the Best Products from Central Luzon
More than 140 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from Central Luzon will bring their products to Metro Manila shoppers at the 28th Likha ng Central Luzon Fair, happening from September 23 to 27 at Megatrade Hall 2, SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.

DTI Brings 28th Likha ng Central Luzon Fair to Metro Manila
Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 3 and Philexport Region 3, the five-day trade fair is themed “Products Reimagined, Made for the World.” It brings together entrepreneurs from Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales.
The event gives Central Luzon MSMEs an opportunity to introduce their products directly to consumers in Metro Manila while highlighting the region’s growing creative and manufacturing industries.
Shop Central Luzon-Made Products
Visitors can expect a broad selection of locally made products throughout the fair. The lineup includes processed food, artisanal beverages, furniture, home furnishings, fashion accessories, Filipiniana clothing, jewelry, bags, holiday decorations, woodcrafts, and organic cosmetics.
The fair also provides shoppers with an opportunity to discover products from different provinces in Central Luzon in one venue.
DTI Region 3 Director Edna Dizon said the fair aims to help entrepreneurs bring distinctive Central Luzon products to a wider market and prepare them for international opportunities.
Organizers have set a PHP 38 million sales target for the five-day event.
Experience Local Crafts and Artisanal Products
The Likha ng Central Luzon Fair goes beyond retail displays. Visitors can watch live demonstrations featuring local artisans showcasing traditional and contemporary crafting techniques.
The event also features a Coffee and Beverage Corner, where guests can sample locally sourced drinks and discover products from Central Luzon’s growing beverage industry.
For shoppers interested in Philippine craftsmanship, the demonstrations offer a closer look at the skills and production methods behind many of the products featured at the fair.
Special Product Showcase
A Special Product Showcase will feature selected products supported by government programs and initiatives.
The showcase will include Halal-certified products, high-value coconut products, and sustainable innovations developed with assistance from programs such as the DTI’s Shared Service Facilities (SSF) and One Town, One Product (OTOP) Philippines.
These programs help local entrepreneurs improve production capabilities, develop market-ready products, and reach new customers.
Supporting Central Luzon MSMEs
The Likha ng Central Luzon Fair provides MSMEs with a direct connection to Metro Manila’s large consumer market. For shoppers, it provides an accessible way to discover products made by entrepreneurs from across Central Luzon.
The participating provinces bring their own specialties and creative traditions, making the fair a showcase of regional food, craftsmanship, design, and entrepreneurship.
The event is supported by the Regional Development Council 3 (RDC-3) and the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI).
