“The influx of working professionals in Makati and the horrible traffic going to and from workplaces prompted us to venture into a co-living project. We envision The Grid to be the young urban workers’ home near their offices. We hope that cutting their travel time to and from work would improve their overall well-being,” Says Kristopher Yang, President of First Georgetown Ventures, Inc (FGVI).

The Grid Co-Living is a 10-storey, 192 room building centrally located along Yakal, Lumbayao and Bakawan Streets in San Antonio Village, Makati with access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The property is managed by Hospitality Innovators, Inc (HII), one of the leading hotel & resort management companies in the Philippines with over 25 years of experience in the industry and 17 properties currently in its portfolio.
