As this place is not yet very sound in terms of infrastructure, you can reach this place via road only. Once in Bolinao town proper, just ride a tricycle and ask the driver to bring you to Patar Rock Beach. The tricycle ride from the town center takes about 40 minutes. Once you reach there, rest and get out to get submerged in the beauty of this place.

This place itself speaks about its biodiversity. The huts are available for rent, and the whole set-up looks like a small village. There is a P50 entrance fee, and they also allow overnight camping for only P300 per tent.

After visiting Patar Rock Beach, pay a visit to the Cape Bolinao Lighthouse and see the cultural heritage of Bolinao. This is the second tallest lighthouse in this region, which once guided the ships and vessels that made their way to the international boundaries for trade and other purposes. Though the lighthouse is no longer operating, it is still open to visitors.
