Finally, Pampanga’s newest luxury hotel is now offering its world-class services to local and foreign guests. So, if you are someone with a classy taste, Midori Clark Hotel and Casino (check rates) is the perfect hotel to pick.

Last July 1st, OutofTownBlog.com was luckily invited to become one of the first guests to witness and experience what Midori Clark Hotel and Casino has to offer.

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino (hotel info) held its soft opening and invited a few bloggers for the said event.

It was held at the elegant lobby of the hotel, which is finely designed with Dedon furniture and was the creation of Shyr-Fong Hu Design Studio, Taiwan’s well-renowned interior design company.

Location

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino (avail discounted rates) is conveniently located in the heart of Clark Freeport. This is just a two-hour drive from Metro Manila. The hotel offers 111 well-designed rooms. Each room is smartly situated to view the lush green environment around Clark Freeport.

The Rooms

My room was a Deluxe Room located at the 7th floor of the hotel. It is 52.5 square meters in size, illuminating a cozy and relaxing ambiance that truly exceeded my expectation. My room has a king-size bed and beside it is a big business desk complete with lamp, telephone and sockets. The room also has a huge sofa and a center table with a basket of fresh fruits.

My room also features a 47-inch high definition LCD TV that is installed with cable channels to enjoy when I just want to stay inside to relax.

What I also love is that there is a mini bar inside my room. It has complimentary drinks and snacks, too, with coffee and tea-making equipment that I can use while I’m doing online work.

Speaking of relaxing, I was totally head-over-heels when I saw that my room has a private veranda and an outdoor bathtub, overviewing the breathtaking scenery of the mountains (yeah, that was indeed spectacular).

Inside the room, you can also see an area solely for luggage which is perfectly situated right beside the closet. In the closet, there’s an iron and ironing board. I was also provided with slippers, bathrobes, and an in-room safe, where I can keep my important belongings.

And the bathroom! It has a walk-in shower room, toilet (of course), and a sink where all toiletries and a hair dryer are placed.

Hotel Amenities

Satisfying its guests is definitely not the only thing that Midori Clark Hotel and Casino wanted to offer. They want its guests to also take pleasure in a royalty-kind of pampering. I’ve observed how the management has painstakingly picked every facility to include in the hotel.

Baccus Lounge is the perfect setting for business or social gatherings that fits the exquisite taste and ambiance for executives and managers.

It also boasts state-of-the-art amenities that would surely satisfy its guests’ every need and want, while enjoying the relaxing vibe of being away from the busy streets of the Metro.

It offers guests with an in-house fitness gym and spa center. There’s also entertainment areas equipped with casino, Mahjong rooms, KTV clubs, and even live entertainment during the weekends.

The Food

I enjoyed having a gastronomic adventure while picking something to eat among the hotel’s five dining outlets. Each dining outlet comes with sumptuous dishes that will totally satisfy your palates.

Toscana Dining is one of these dining outlets, which serves international dishes that you can enjoy. Toscana is where we had our Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast during our stay. Although the hotel is just newly opened, I was impressed at how they managed to prepare wide array of food on their Buffet Table. From Western, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Filipino dishes, everything they served was perfectly plated and incredibly good.

For coffee lovers, Midori also has a place for you. The place has a Café Midori located at the lobby of the hotel and is open 24 hours.

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino (book online) is totally a great place to stay if you want to unwind, have fun, or just have a quick staycation outside Metro Manila. My overnight stay is short, but sweet — Midori undeniably exceeds my expectations. Apart from the fantastic rooms and rocking amenities, it is also a great place where wonderful people work and greet guests with courtesy.

Thank you, Midori Clark Hotel and Casino for letting us experience your fabulousness. I will definitely go back!
