Lady’s Choice Real Chef Challenge is looking for any cook or chef out there who has the edge in manipulating and using Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise for making ever-day dishes extraordinary. Judges are looking for original recipes for either salad & sandwich combo mayo dishes or hot signature dishes. Recipes will be judged with the following criteria: 40% for creativity, 40% for the correct usage of the product, and 20% for quality of “menu description”. The winner of the first-ever cooking challenge will receive Php 100,000, and online, print, and TV features of his/her food establishment.

To get a chance to submit original recipes, interested culinary experts must look for the entry code behind the sticker of specially-marked Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise 5.5L packs. You may use the entry code to register and submit your very own recipe using Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise through here: Unileverfoodsolutions.com.ph.

The top 24 best entries (6 from each of the 3 main islands Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) will be based on the judges’ and online voters’ decisions. The 24 lucky contestants will then proceed to the Grand Finals on November 2015—a live cooking battle which will determine Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise’s first ever Real Chef.

The goal of the challenge is for culinary enthusiasts to discover the full potential of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, to create “innovative dishes” and to make dishes, and dining, as a whole, “more remarkable”, just like what UFS Philippines Marketing Manager Seanta Pasic-Reyes said during the launch.

UFS Executive Chef Limoano-Gendrano stated a similar view, and said that “Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise is made of real ingredients, such as pasteurized eggs and good quality oil, that help enhance the flavor of dishes, making them tastier. It has proven to be the No. 1 mayonnaise that Filipinos love and the choice of Filipino chefs in innovating dishes.”
