Manila, Philippines — Treston International College, in collaboration with the Association of Administrators in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management Educational Institution (AAHRMEI), served as the main venue hosts in the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) workshops held at the school’s Bar and Dining Hall recently.

CGSP is a comprehensive program that serves to accomplish the goal of creating guest service-oriented front-line employees who will engage with their guests to provide high-quality guest service. The certification supports people from all walks of life as it also helps them to be globally competitive.

Mr. Lee Majors M. Fajilan conducted the recent workshop.

Individuals who completed the training are eligible to become a Certified Guest Service Professional, the highest acknowledgment of award-winning title for guest service conferred to professionals.
