More than 30 participants attended the recently concluded Certified Hospitality Supervisor program in Region XI, delivered by the Asia World Hospitality. The participating properties included Seda Abreeza, which was also the workshop venue, Elysia Spa, Infinity Suites, Star Hotel, Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao, Primepower Manpower Services, Camp Holiday Resort and Recreation Area, Hotel Esse, Malagos Garden, Microtel, Cicada Hills, Costa Marina, ALU Hotel, My Hotel and Uno Hotel.

The Certified Hospitality Supervisor is designed for hospitality supervisors, forming part of an elite group of hospitality professionals around the world. This designation recognizes the high-level of expertise of an individual in the sector, acknowledging that education, experience and dedication are instrumental.

The Department of Tourism in Region XI, led by Regional Director Roberto Alabado III and Ms. Clarence Yog hosted the workshop, with Shyrra Lou Martina Do-Jadulco and Damaris Damayo-Bacalso as the trainers.
