Cebu Pacific to Launch Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive
To support its expansion plans and growing fleet, Cebu Pacific will hold eight recruitment fairs in Manila, Cebu and Davao between February to October 2016. Currently, Cebu Pacific has 55 Airbus aircrafts. From 2016 to 2021, Cebu Pacific intends to add 5 more aircrafts to its fleet.
Cebu Pacific is hiring new Female Cabin Crews and a recruitment fair will be held in Manila at the 5th floor, Activity Area, Cebu Pacific Building in Pasay on February 6, April 30, June 4, and October 15. On February 20 and July 9, the recruitment fair will be held at Mactan Room, Summit Circle Hotel, Cebu. Another recruitment fair will be held at Royal Mandaya Hotel, Davao on 16 April and 24 September.
Positions available are open for female cabin crew only. Requirements for interested applicants are they must be of 18-25 years old, height of at least 5’3″ for female, weight that is proportional to height, clear complexion, and good eyesight. They must possess a dynamic personality and a catchy smile, among others.
Female cabin crew have the responsibilities of guaranteeing the safety of guests on board the aircraft and ensuring that guests have a fun and pleasant flying experience.

Cebu Pacific will process the applications on the same day as the recruitment fair, between 9a m to 3 pm. Applicants must bring updated curriculum vitae with 2×2 photo, and will be accepted until 1pm only of the same day also. They must also come in business attire preferably wearing sleeveless blouse with blazer, below-the-knee skirt with no stockings.
