La Mesa Ecopark

La Mesa Ecopark, located in Quezon City is a sanctuary that was developed around the La Mesa Watershed. The park has many attractions which will give enjoyment to you, your family and friends or whoever you came with. There’s a picnic area with huge trees around it. Also, there is a public pool that uses salt granules instead of chlorine which gives a close-to sea ambiance and a less toxic filtering process.

The boating lagoon is a must try for everyone. There is, of course, the Mountain Bike trail which will lead you to a man-made forest. Another must see here is the Butterfly trail and Hatchery and don’t forget to check out the Flower Terraces. For the adventurous at heart, you can try their Zipline or go Bungee Jumping.

It is located at the CCP Complex and happens to be the largest of its kind in Asia, having about 1,700 sq. meters. The visitors find themselves needing energy when taking pictures because there are activities that have to go with it. If you wish to have your photo taken on a more professional manner, there are photographers inside whose services the visitors can hire for a fee of course.

Some features here are; leaning house which seems to be falling on one side, a levitation room that appears they are floating. There are other amazing feature here that you really have to find out for yourself and experience.

Manila Ocean Park

Manila Ocean Park is the place to go if you love sea creatures. There are around 14,000 of them here; 277 species from Southeast Asia. It is divided into 7 sections and carries about three thousand cubic meters of seawater. The curved 220° walkway tunnel is the main attraction here. This is where you will be lead after the fifty five-meter walkway. The water comes from Manila Bay, filtered to suit marine life. This is also the first penguin facility in the Philippines, with a successful breeding program.

They also teach visitors how to swim while wearing a mermaid costume. There are Bird and Sea Lion Shows too. This one’s truly a wonderful destination experience.

Ayala Triangle Gardens

Located in Makati CBD and famous for the Lights display during the Christmas season, Ayala Triangle Gardens is another must see if you’re touring around the Metro.
