“While many hotels can provide 24-hour concierge and room service, our version can go as far as preparing your room and all details of your stay the way you prefer it. The experience is truly that of having a home away from home,” he added.

The Ask-Anya-Assistant works practically much like having your own butler. Call ahead and they can arrange your room to have the preferred kind of linens and toiletries, items that you want stocked up in your refrigerator, the latest issue of your favorite newspaper or magazine and other requests that need a personal touch.

Elizalde further explained that the Ask-Anya-Assistant complements the unique ownership and investment set-up of the resort. All units are currently being sold for private ownership to those looking to acquire and invest in a Tagaytay holiday home. Anya’s hotel manager, Fuego Hotels and Properties Management Corporation, will ensure the upkeep and occupancy of the rooms. When the owners are not using the room, it will be set up in Anya’s in-house design for guests. However, when the owners do stay, the Ask-Anya-Assistant will take charge and set up their properties to their preferences – whether it’s moving the desk to another corner, hanging up a family portrait, or stocking up on their favorite kind of wine. This high level of attention to detail includes packing and unpacking services and tailor-made menus.

Complementing the Ask-Anya-Assistant is a concierge comprised of staff that are passionate about Tagaytay and are able to offer a seamless experience for all guests, from arranging boat tours to advising you where to get the best organic produce and sweetest pineapples.

The Ask-Anya-Assistant feature is part of the over-all package of being in a luxury resort, which includes poolside pampering, spa treatments, round-the-clock security and maintenance, event planning and catering, Wi-Fi, valet parking, laundry and housekeeping.

A seven-hectare, low-density community, Anya is scheduled to open the hotel phase within the final quarter of this year. This section of the property will feature 80 guest rooms sized from 48 to 64 square meters and 16 one­bedroom suites sized from 103 to 123 square meters.

Amenities include Samira Terrace Restaurant’s romantic private dining setting, the more casual Cafe Amra & Lounge and Pizzeria Anila and the conference facilities that can accommodate business meetings, weddings and other events.

Anya Resort & Residences is built upon Roxaco Land Corporation’s experience in co-developing the successful Peninsula de Punta Fuego and the Terrazas de Punta Fuego communities on the coast of Nasugbu, Batangas. While the features and facilities of the Fuego Hotels are geared towards the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) tourism sector, Anya will highlight the exclusivity of the boutique-type luxury hotel market. Roxaco is currently working on Anya’s membership in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Club, a membership for boutique-type luxury hotels in the world with 520 member hotels to date. As an investment vehicle, Anya allows an investor to purchase a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit of the resort phase of several two-storey clusters. Owners earn a considerable pro-rata monthly income based on total guest room revenues for all units pooled together and operated as a resort.

Anya as a possible second home is in another phase of the resort. Here, an investor purchases and resides there. When he opts not to occupy the unit, he may submit the property to the resort pool for lease on a monthly basis for short or long term.

Under the two scenarios, the investor will be given Condominium Certificate of Titles (CCTs) as proof of ownership.
