You also have access to the fully functional kitchen, a private, fenced yard, and pets are allowed and catered for as well.

More importantly, this is strategically located in a relatively quiet neighborhood but is just a 10-min walk to Salt Lake City downtown.

The best thing about this rental is that it is located in a pretty quiet neighborhood for extra relaxation, but downtown and its shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away.

This is a bright and colorful space located on the second floor of an old 1960s building in the Marmalade neighborhood. It has a nice view of downtown and is equipped with all the necessities you will need from a fridge to a working stove.
In true Airbnb fashion, renting this listing also comes with a large continental breakfast that will fill you up for a full day of sightseeing.
Rosemary’s space is fun, quirky, and thoughtful. The place is much bigger in person than the photos let on which was a pleasant surprise. Rosemary left a great list of local tips and we enjoyed a phenomenal brunch from the suggestions. The space was impeccably clean with all the amenities that we required & then some. Melonee’s place was perfectly located central to downtown get away from the busyness and noise. It truly felt like a sanctuary after days of skiing or exploring downtown SLC. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches including the coffee/tea, sodas, snacks, yogurt, and truly anything we could think we’d need. Melonee was an exceptional host, responding to any questions we had immediately and giving clear check-in instructions. We also loved the decor! We will surely be back. — Julia

There are two levels to this home and three bathrooms. Most importantly, it provides what the city is known for — great yards and skiing.

The Cozy Tiny House is so cute. What else can one say? Really though, it is clean and cozy. It was easy to find and near the Draper shopping district, making dinner so quick and easy. My wife and I had a quiet, relaxing evening of eating, playing cards, and talking. Even on a cold January night, we stayed surprisingly warm in the loft. – Jeremy
