5 Extreme Adventures You Won’t Be Able to Do without Enough Protein in Your Body

501

There’s something about the rush of adrenaline that makes extreme adventurers want to go back for more thrill-seeking, spine-tingling and death-defying outdoor activities. However, for these adrenaline junkies to be able to perform those kinds of stunts, they need a lot of protein, which amazingly can be found in every can of the new San Marino Tuna Flakes (make sure to look out for the green label with Protein for Life logo) to have the stamina and endurance to withstand all sorts of physical challenges.

On a side note, I’m glad about this new brand of tuna flakes that has the highest level of Protein from San Marino, because protein is something I always make sure to add a lot of to my diet.

These are five of the extreme adventures that will require impeccable physical strength:

MOUNTAIN CLIMBING

If you think that mountain climbing is a walk in the park, you better think again. Imagine pulling your weight to get to the mountain peak, plus hauling a large backpack full of supplies. That doesn’t seem so easy anymore, right? This is why mountaineers need to develop a fair bit of strength to be able to walk for several kilometers, climb on rocks and cliffs and carry heavy bags on their backs. Although you don’t need to powerlift, you have to keep yourself agile and strong through exercise and proper diet, including lots of protein, which every can of the new San Marino Tuna Flakes is packed with.

TRIATHLON

This involves seemingly endless running, swimming and cycling — should be enough to make your knees feel like they’re about to give up on you. Aside from maintaining a well-balanced diet before you join your first triathlon, you’ll especially need to undergo various kinds of training, like weight training to build your bone density. This should also help reorganize your metabolism.

CANYONEERING

Not only is canyoneering a physically challenging activity, but it’s also a seriously dangerous adventure. Because of this, you will need to be physically prepared. This outdoor adventure involves swimming through frigid water, hiking rough terrains and descending narrow gorges and mountains. On top of that, you’ll be constantly faced with solving puzzles as to which route to follow.

KITESURFING

This strenuous water sport combines aspects of wakeboarding, surfing, windsurfing, paragliding and even gymnastics. This extreme activity also requires one to have enough physical strength to be able to propel across the water with a massive kite and surfboard to manipulate.

KAYAKING

Paddling towards the sea requires strength. After all, it’s not easy to maneuver the oar against the raging waves. This means that you’ll need to have as much energy as possible to be able to enjoy kayaking to its fullest.

These adventure sports are definitely not for the weak-hearted. If you want to be able to do all sorts of extreme activities, you should prepare yourself for what lies ahead by strength training and in my case, eating San Marino Tuna Flakes to have more protein in your system.
