From 6 am to 11 pm, guests can enjoy Veranda’s splendid buffet and unwind in its heavenly ambiance.

As the beloved creation of Taal Vista’s chefs Alessio Loddo and Jayme Natividad, the Veranda’s gastronomy promises a wealth of local flavors that match Tagaytay’s gratifying vibe, granting diners the ultimate pleasure of the senses.

The Veranda’s grand regale is wonderfully set up in a way that entices diners according to their respective cravings.

At the left wing of the buffet, one that attracts more attention is the Cheese Station where assorted cheeses and condiments are pleasantly displayed along with a big wheel of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano.

The Japanese Station is beside it, filled with all the most devoured sushis and sashimis.

Across from it is the rice meal counter, which starts with Plain Rice, Brown Rice and Shrimps Rice, followed by Filipino style viands like Chicken Bicol Express in coconut milk, sautéed veggie Pakbet, Crispy Pork Kare-Kare in peanut paste and fish sauce, tomato-based Kalderetang Kambing or goat, plus Western cuisines like Ratatouille, Roasted Bell Peppers, Broccoli Chopped with Anchovies and more.

Adjacent to it is the counter where all the main courses are lined up, including the Dimsum Station with assorted pork and chicken dumplings, Pasta Station composed of homemade pasta made with Spinach, Squid Ink, Tomato, and the traditional Wheat flour plus a variety of sauces to choose from the Italian chef himself, Chef Loddo.

Then there’s the Carving Station, heightened by Roast US Prime Rib, Prok Lechon Belly, and Baked Whole Fish with a selection of sauces on the side; the Grill Station, with freshly caught seafood varieties; the Pizza Station with pies strictly made Italian, and a Salad Station with a delightful mix of fresh and cooked dishes.

For the sweet tooth, there is the Dessert Station, which boasts an abundance of luscious sweets. There are different colored Bonbons, fruity custards, chocolate chip scones, a station to make your own Halo-Halo, a counter with cotton candy and homemade ice cream, which you can add your selected toppings on, plus a side dessert surprise of cereals, cookies, and candies.

While the kids are sure to be engrossed in the Veranda’s delightful interiors and impressive sweet offerings, there is also the Kiddie Station, where kids can get their own food from the low buffet counter, be it Baked Macaroni, French Fries, Chicken Nuggets, or Fish Fingers or ask for assistance from getting a serving of crepe with chosen filling and sauces.

As cute creatures of comfort, kids can play at the Kiddie Club until 5 pm afterward while their parents are immersed in the delightful ambiance.

So when you’re in Tagaytay City, reward yourself with Veranda’s mouthwatering buffet and let yourself be guided by the intense flow in the air.

The Veranda Restaurant is open for in-house and walk-in diners from 6:00 am til 11:00 pm, with Cultural Shows on Weekends.
