Smart Siklab Saya NCR leg champ bags P1M grand prize
Manila, Philippines — Team ‘Work’ bested 31 other teams in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang during the first of two legs of the highly anticipated Smart Siklab Saya in the National Capital Region organized by Smart Communications.
The said winning team bagged a whopping P1 million as the grand prize.
And, from Feb. 1 through 2, interested teams should head on over to the SM City North EDSA SkyDome for the second NCR leg of Smart Siklab Saya to get a chance to also take home the victory and huge prizes.
For the uninitiated, Smart Siklab Saya is deemed the biggest Mobile Legends event for fans and gamers in the country.
This event showcases the longstanding effort of the leading mobile services provider in the country, Smart Communications, to support gamers in the Philippines by offering the best fan experiences and gaming events, powered by the fastest LTE network nationwide.
Before the first NCR leg which happened at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall, the event has gathered a multitude of gamers in different big cities in the country, including Tuguegarao, Olongapo, and Bacolod.
During the said leg, team “Work” defeated other groups, including “Mahal Kita,” 2-0. The latter grabbed P500,000 while the third placer, “Letmaku,” won P200,000.
That’s not all the event put to the table, Smart Siklab Saya also gave fans and gamers the opportunity to be with their much-loved gamers and streamers, such as Choox TV, Myrtle Sarrosa, Chixmiss, Akosi Dogie, Insaiplay, and Fhrea Jaimil. Also, the Mobile Legends Sibol team that notched the first gold medal during the SEA Games esports, also participated in an exhibition game.
There were also fun activities and booths during the event, such as quizzes, exciting challenges, a Cosplay competition, and Virtual Reality games.
