Hotel Location
New Coast Hotel Manila, formerly New World Manila, is a deluxe 5-star hotel located in Pedro Gil cor M.H Del Pilar in Manila City. With less than an hour away from the airport, its accessibility makes it one of the ideal places to stay if you are traveling. It’s also a few minutes’ drive to Makati’s Central Business District, many Manila attractions such as the National Museums and Rizal Park, and the Philippine General Hospital. A minute of walking will get you to Robinsons Place Manila if you need to shop or dine.
Arrival Experience
Checking in at New Coast Hotel was easy, and the front desk officers were friendly and eager to assist. At around 2:00pm, the lobby went on a happy, busy mode with guests arriving and checking in at the same time, but many counters were available to entertain. Guests did not need to wait for too long.

This hotel review of New Coast Hotel Manila was during a stay for a mini Christmas gathering with some friends, and we got two (2) connecting rooms so we could bond and enjoy our staycation together.
One thing I immediately noticed was that the rooms are spacious, and it gives me a more relaxing and homey feeling. The furnishings were modern, with Filipino paintings to accentuate the space.
I was also impressed with the large marble bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub ready to give an invigorating bath. The room also included a TV, a fridge, complimentary coffee, tea, and water, essential toiletries, an IDD phone with a bilingual voice message system, and complimentary Wi-Fi high-speed internet access.
These amenities obviously would be loved by discerning business travelers, which is why I think this setup will also cater to those who want to enjoy a work-cation in Manila. After dinner and bonding, we had a sound sleep in their beds with fluffy pillows.
Food
During dinner, we tried some drinks and food from the Chameleon Cafe. My friends loved that a live band performed while we enjoyed our gathering.
Although I had to leave a few hours before the check-out time, I did not dare miss the breakfast buffet at the Market Cafe, one of their signature restaurants. Like how they describe it, it was definitely like a culinary tour of Chinese, Japanese, Western, Korean, and Filipino dishes with irresistibly-good desserts. There was a wide array of choices, and I recommend you come here hungry with a big appetite!
As for the experience, all the staff was attentive to my needs even though the place got quite busy with a lot of guests coming in to have breakfast all at the same time. They never missed glasses to fill with water. I also got to try their Iced Latte and I really enjoyed it.
Resort Facilities
It’s different when you visit New Coast Hotel Manila for vacation, as you can make the most of and enjoy their facilities. They feature Club Oasis, their leisure hub that offers various ways to relax. It has a 25-meter outdoor lap pool, a children’s pool, and a whirlpool. Find a spot among the lounge chairs as you bask under the sun or at night when you’re chilling with some pica-pica and drinks from the Pool Bar.
Club Oasis also has a fitness center where fitness experts can assist and a spa that offers therapies and meditation services for a total relaxing holi-stay. The most amazing part? Complimentary workout apparel can be requested if you forgot to bring one.
Departure
We were glad we chose to stay at New Coast Hotel Manila. This hotel is perfect for a quick luxurious escape.
While it’s a top choice for business travelers because of its proximity and offering of leisure and business experience combined, it’s also best for you and your loved ones this holiday season, where you can have a cozy, stress-free, and delightful stay.
