They say that people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones and we would suggest that people who dine in The Glass House shouldn’t throw fits over the food either. The Glass House is indeed set in a glass house with four walls made of glass that offer stunning views of Fort Canning Park and the familiar skyline of Singapore.

With a plush and luxurious interior, diners may find it hard to choose what to look at because it isn’t just the views on the outside that are available. The walls of the kitchen are also glass so that you can watch as the talented chefs prepare your food. With an all day dining menu and a focus on local ingredients and Asian cuisine, The Glass House still manages to put a contemporary spin on their menu.
