Hotel101 Global Reports Strong Booking Performance and a very high occupancy rate at the 680-room Hotel101 Madrid

Madrid, Spain – DoubleDragon Corporation’s subsidiary, Hotel101 Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: HBNB), today announced strong early booking results for its 680-room Hotel101 Madrid, the company’s first international property to open. The hotel, which officially launched in March 2026, has already received more than 45,000 bookings, generating approximately €5.44 million in revenue (around Php 387 million). This positive start suggests promising future revenue growth for Hotel101 Madrid in the European market.

Hotel101 Global, a subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation, reports strong booking performance and a very high occupancy rate at the 680-room Hotel101-Madrid.

2026 is expected to be the year when DoubleDragon begins generating a high volume of recurring revenue from its portfolio, which includes provincial community mall leasing, industrial warehouse leasing, office leasing, and its hospitality assets in the Philippines and abroad.

The 519-room Hotel101-Manila and the 606-room Hotel101-Fort in the Philippines continue to consistently operate at very high occupancy levels.

Since March 2026, Hotel101 Global has been generating recurring revenue from the hotel operations of its newly opened 680-room Hotel101-Madrid in Spain. This will be followed by recurring revenue in Japanese Yen from the 482-room Hotel101Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan, which is set to open in December 2026.

Hotel101-Madrid has been named the Official Hotel Partner for the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix from 2026 to 2035, through an exclusive deal with MATCH Hospitality Europe. It ranks among Madrid’s top five largest hotels. Situated on a prime 6,593-square-meter site in Valdebebas, Madrid, it is conveniently located next to the new Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix circuit, offering views of the famous “Valdebebas Curve.” The hotel provides exceptional accessibility: a three-minute walk to Valdebebas Train Station, four minutes to the IFEMA convention center, five minutes to the Real Madrid Sports Complex, and seven minutes to Madrid-Barajas International Airport.

The hotel offers modern amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, HBNB Kitchen by the award-winning La Sucursal, two swimming pools, a fitness center, a children’s playground, 24/7 reception, a business center, function rooms, and a proprietary app that ensures seamless guest experiences, including digital check-in and digital key access.

DoubleDragon is on track to reach a milestone this year by opening its highest number of hotel rooms in a single year. A total of 2,229 new rooms are expected to be operational in 2026, including 680 rooms in Madrid, Spain, which opened last March, followed by 519 in Davao, 548 in Cebu, and 482 in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan.

Hotel101-Niseko, a 482-room hotel, will be among the largest projects in Niseko. It will mark the company’s official entry into the Japanese market and is expected to start generating recurring revenues in Japanese Yen by December 2026.

The DD Group is actively accessing capital markets in the Philippines and the United States to strengthen its balance sheet, aiming to boost its total equity to Php 500 Billion.

DoubleDragon anticipates that its Hotel101 subsidiary, with its asset-light business model, will grow into a leading local brand and expand internationally, bringing substantial US Dollar inflows to the Philippine economy.
