From trading second-hand tires to selling appliances, manufacturing jeepneys, selling motorcycles and feed milling, Pinong started making his mark in the world of business and opened his remarkable Hotel 1925.
Located in the uprising city of Lipa, it is also convenient to nearby landmarks such as SM Lipa, Milea Bee Farm, and various churches as well.

Once you enter the boutique hotel, you’ll get an amazing view of the grand staircase that leads you to the information desk for your check in. Staffs are so welcoming and warm so you will have no problem throughout your stay at the hotel.
One of the best things that this hotel possesses is its spacious room and posh interiors. Hotel 1925 surely did pay attention to visual art, by placing some accents such as the aqua colored chairs and geometric floorings. You can choose rooms from Suite Twin, Suite King, and Balcony Suite King.
