It is said to be named after the birth year of the owner, Rufino “Pinong” Mojares, who was born in 1925.
From trading in secondhand tires to selling appliances, jeepneys, and motorcycles, and into feed milling, Pinong started making his mark in the business world and opened his remarkable Hotel in 1925.
Located in the up-and-coming city of Lipa, it is also convenient to nearby landmarks such as SM Lipa, Milea Bee Farm, and various churches.

One of the best things this hotel possesses is its spacious rooms and posh interiors. Hotel 1925 surely paid attention to visual art by adding accents, such as the aqua-colored chairs and geometric flooring. You can choose rooms from the Suite Twin, the Suite King, and the Balcony Suite King.
They also have a veranda with wooden chairs and tables, perfect for afternoon tea or some alone time.
Each room has comfortable beds with quality microfiber pillows, a safety deposit box, and cable TV. The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold showers and features organic French toiletries from Les Couvent des Minimes.

If you want to eat Filipino dishes at their finest, visit Imprenta Filipino Cuisine, where you can taste a savory breakfast. We recommend you try the Homemade Smoked Bacon or the Beef Tapa for a unique and satisfying meal.

They also house a barber shop, the Il Capo, where you can have a glass of whisky. Bike enthusiasts will also have the chance to visit the hotel’s specialty shop. They sell mountain, trekking, road, electric, and push bikes and accessories from Germany and the Netherlands.
A Perfect Place for Pictorials and Meetings
My cousin did her pre-wedding photoshoot at Hotel 1925 (hotel reviews). With its 60’s themed ambiance, it’s no surprise that couples prefer this place as their venue for their shoot.
