Gringo PH Chicken – Ribs – Friends – #GringoPH Food Review
Gringo PH Chicken – Ribs – Friends
My dad and I share a huge love for ribs. That’s the first thing we check on the menu in any new restaurant we go into. This is why I was absolutely psyched when Gringo PH sent me a huge box of meaty delivery! Newly opened as a Mexican specialty chicken and ribs place, they sent me these two staple dishes.
The first one I got to try was their rack of Gringo’s Ribs, which came with nachos and white rice. The sauce dried up a little by the time it got to my house but the tenderness of the meat more than made up for it.
I loved how it’s got the right combination of meat and fat which made it so tempting for me to just gobble up this whole thing with my bare hands!
They also sent me their Flame Grilled Chicken, which were cooked with herbs and spices, giving it that more pronounced Mexican flavour! That alone was more than enough to excite my taste buds so I didn’t even bother mixing it with the sauce that came with it.
These two dishes are a great introduction to this newly opened Latin restaurant in SM North Edsa (and they’re soon to open in BGC). That is to say that their meaty goodness doesn’t end with these two specialties. Also equally interesting in their menu are the butter crabs, mussels, pot-stewed beef, among others.
If it’s any indication that their average price points of Php 250-300/meal are smokin’, then yes, Gringo PH (FB Fanpage) is a new enjoyable way to bond over food with your friends and family!
