Easier Way to Reach the Batangas Port: Ceres Transport Opens in MOA (SM Mall of Asia)

Ceres Transport Opens in MOA (SM Mall of Asia)

Summer is the perfect time to go under the sun and get a tan. You can go out with your family, go island hopping or party all night long until the break of dawn with your friends.

If you are tight on the budget, going to top beaches like Puerto Princesa, E Nido, and Siargao can break the bank. Not only do the accommodations and hotels cost a big chunk of your budget, the transportation costs require a big amount of money, too.

One of the easiest and also the popular beaches near Metro Manila is Puerto Galera. If you want a budget-friendly trip but still enjoying the beauty of nature and relaxing under the sun, this is a place to go. Puerto Galera also offers one of the best diving and snorkeling spots in the country. It will not be called “poor man’s Boracay” for nothing.

Easier Way to Reach Puerto Galera

To reach Puerto Galera, you need to go to the Batangas Pier and ride a boat that will transport you to the island. However, this is where the issue arises: you need to go to Cubao and ride one of the buses going to the Batangas Pier.

Luckily, Ceres Trasport already opened a terminal in front of the Mall of Asia Arena. These buses are travelling from SM Mall of Asia to Batangas Pier.

Plus, it is affordable too. It will just cost you PHP 167 per ride. The buses are new and comfortable. Each bus has its own comfort room. According to passengers who already experienced riding the buses also said that the buses are equipped with LCD screens and also fast WiFi.

For now, the bus schedules are still not fixed. Out of Town Blog will make sure to provide all the updates once everything is settled.
