Dos Mestizos Spanish Restaurant co-founder Binggoy Remedios ingeniously celebrated this ever-bubbly evening in honor of Spain’s culinary customs more than a decade ago when the second Dos Mestizos Restaurant opened at its current location, following its first conception on the island’s Station 1 area with the other mestizo, Jose Ramon Nieto many years back.

Even as early as 630pm, guests can already partake of the restaurant’s delicious offering of a Tapas buffet, matched with a basket of gourmet bread freshly baked from its own commissary.

As in Spanish tradition, the delightful concoction of Sangria served in a clay carafe complements the palate and even heightens one’s spirit in full appreciation of Dos Mestizos’ Spanish scenery, which is not only harmonized by beautiful Spanish songs playing in the background but also by live acoustic performances rendered by multi-talented local musicians.
