Dinner at Azur in Shangri-La Hotel Putrajaya

During the inaugural flight of AirAsia Zest’s Cebu – Kuala Lumpur Flights, Tourism Malaysia hosted a dinner for the participants of Kuala Lumpur Familiarization tour at Azur Putrajaya Shangri-La.

Smoked Salmon
Smoked Salmon Rose accompanied with Mixed Mesclun Salad & Mustard Dressing

For starter, they served a traditional french vegetable salad with chervil, arugula, leafy lettuces and endive. The smoked salmon and its mustard dressing made the dish a delicious mixture.

Mushroom Soup
Wild Mushroom Soup accompanied with Bread, Roll and Butter

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Herb Parmesan Crusted Chicken accompanied with Cream Mushroom Sauce

They also served a sumptuous chicken dish that is perfectly fried and coated with herbs and parmesan cheese and served with a thick mushroom sauce.

Panna Cotta with fresh fruits
Chocolate Panna Cotta with Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Caramel Sauce

For dessert, they served a round shaped chocolate panna cotta served with caramel syrup and sliced fresh fruits in season.
