Visa never disappoints with exclusive offers and celebrations for its members. This year, Visa is bringing back its successful Epic Dining by Visa program that features up and coming dining scenes in the Philippines. Like always, this year’s offer is full of exclusive perks and discounts for its very lucky cardholders!

Previous runs of the program had featured restaurants and chefs from Metro Manila and Balesin. The participating establishments not only feature their food, but also create an environment for cardholders and diners to enjoy a full dining experience. The success of the previous program years and incessant clamor from cardholders has ensured the continuation and constant improvement of the Epic Dining by Visa program.

This year, Epic Dining by Visa program will feature over 30 restaurants around Metro Manila and even Cebu! It will run for eight months in four stages, with rotating participating establishments to provide variety of options for the diners.

World Class Epic Dining by Visa Launch with Chef Hide Yamamoto

This year’s launch with the presence of Chef Hide Yamamoto at the City of Dreams. A variety of Japanese treat offerings were provided in his restaurant’s different stations, served by local staff displaying their culinary and even acrobatic skills on site. Chef Hide flaunted his culinary prowess through a cooking demonstration of Baked Young Chicken stuffed with truffle rice.

Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto, owner of the Hide Yamamoto Restaurant, which is one of the merchant partners of Epic Dining by Visa program.

Chef Hide pioneered the nouvelle cuisine movement in 1960’s France and has worked in various prestigious restaurants across the world. His Mandarin Oriental Tokyo in Washinton DC was the world’s first certified “Six Stars” by the American Academy of Hospitality Science for two years. He’s also the recipient of the Global Chef Award from the World Gourmet Summit in 2010.

Offering Mechanics

The Epic Dining promo will be valid from 17 March 2016 to 16 Jun 2016. All principal and supplementary Visa card holders – whether Visa Classic, Gold, Platinum, Signature and Infinite – may avail of up to 30% discounts and other perks from top rated restaurants all over Metro Manila, and now even Cebu. All you have to do is pay using your Visa card!
