Every Saturday until July 11, the event at Bayshore Avenue in the SM Mall of Asia Complex offers support to registered participants of the HOKA Midnight Run Asia – Manila, covering the 5K, 10K, and 21K categories. The program features a series of progressive training sessions that include coaching, strength and conditioning exercises, endurance training, race-week prep advice, and HOKA shoe trial opportunities.

“The work that happens before race day is just as important as the race itself,” said Coach Dan Hilaria, HOKA Run Club Captain. “Whether you’re aiming to complete your first race or pursue a personal best, consistent training and the support of a running community can make all the difference. Fly Everyday is designed to help runners build confidence and arrive at the start line ready to perform at their best.”

The program began with Start Strong, a community-led HOKA shoe trial event that familiarized participants with their upcoming training journey.

The remaining sessions will take place over the next three weeks. On June 27, participants will Build Your Foundation by engaging in strength and conditioning exercises aimed at enhancing running performance and minimizing injury risk.

The third session, ‘Go the Distance,’ scheduled for July 4, emphasizes endurance training to enable participants to move more efficiently and confidently over longer distances.

The final session on July 11, Race Ready, will offer race-week preparation tips and feature Run It Again Manila, allowing runners to refine their strategy ahead of the big event.

Along with weekly training sessions, participants will get expert guidance, exclusive perks and freebies, and support from a growing running community. Runners who can’t attend the in-person sessions, including those from outside Metro Manila, will also receive a curated training plan from Coach Dan to help with their race preparation.

Participation in Fly Everyday is free for registered HOKA Midnight Run Asia – Manila participants. Interested runners can register via the QR code on HOKA’s official social media pages. Walk-ins are also welcome.

HOKA Midnight Run Asia in Manila is scheduled for July 19 at the SM Mall of Asia Complex. After Manila, the series continues with races in Cagayan de Oro on August 2, Cebu on October 11, Iloilo on October 25, and Clark on November 15.
