Cebu Pacific Launches New Direct Routes Across Asia
The Philippines’ leading carrier is strengthening its international network by introducing two new direct routes from Cebu and restoring three popular international services.

The expanded network provides travelers with more direct options, reducing travel time and eliminating the need for connecting flights through Manila for many passengers in the Visayas and Central Luzon.
Cebu Travelers Get More Direct International Choices
One of the biggest winners in Cebu Pacific’s latest expansion is Cebu, which gains two brand-new international routes and the return of another popular destination.
Beginning October 26, travelers can once again fly directly from Cebu to Ho Chi Minh City three times a week. The route opens easier access to one of Vietnam’s most vibrant cities, known for its fascinating history, lively street food scene, colonial landmarks, and dynamic café culture.
A few weeks later, on November 17, Cebu Pacific will launch direct flights between Cebu and Shanghai, becoming the only Philippine airline to operate nonstop services on the route. Flights from Shanghai to Cebu will begin the following day, operating three times weekly.
For travelers dreaming of Japan, Cebu Pacific will also introduce direct flights between Cebu and Nagoya starting November 19. Operating four times a week, the service makes Nagoya the airline’s third nonstop Japanese destination from Cebu after Tokyo (Narita) and Osaka. Cebu Pacific is likewise the only airline offering direct flights between Cebu and Nagoya.
Clark Strengthens Its International Connectivity
Travelers from Central Luzon will also benefit from the return of direct flights between Clark and Hanoi.
Starting November 19, Cebu Pacific will once again connect Clark to Vietnam’s capital with three weekly flights. Return services from Hanoi begin on November 20.
The restored route allows passengers from Pampanga and neighboring provinces to fly directly to Vietnam without making a stop in Manila, offering greater convenience for both leisure and business travelers. Cebu Pacific remains the only airline operating nonstop flights between Clark and Vietnam.
Manila Reconnects with Xiamen
On November 23, Cebu Pacific will resume direct flights between Manila and Xiamen, operating twice weekly every Monday and Friday.
The return of the route further strengthens the airline’s growing presence in China, complementing its existing services to Shanghai and Guangzhou while providing travelers with another gateway to one of the country’s major cultural and commercial centers.
Seat Sale Starts at PHP 1 Base Fare
To mark the expansion of its international network, Cebu Pacific is offering a promotional seat sale from August 7 to 11, 2026.
Travelers can book one-way base fares starting at PHP 1, exclusive of fees and surcharges, for travel between October 26, 2026, and March 31, 2027.
The promotion gives travelers plenty of opportunities to plan year-end holidays, winter vacations in Japan, culinary adventures in Vietnam, or city escapes in China.
Making International Travel More Accessible
According to Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao, the airline continues to expand its network to make international travel more accessible for Filipinos while also encouraging more foreign visitors to discover destinations across the Philippines.
The latest route additions further strengthen Cebu Pacific’s position as one of the country’s largest international carriers, now serving 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
To make every journey more comfortable, passengers can also pre-book baggage allowance, reserve inflight meals, and pay using various convenient payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets.
With more direct routes departing from Cebu, Clark, and Manila, Cebu Pacific is giving travelers more flexibility to discover Asia while keeping air travel affordable—perfect for spontaneous escapes, family vacations, and long-awaited international adventures this holiday season.
